Shirt problem.

When wearing a shirt and trousers I have this problem of the shirt coming out at the front near my belt and have to continuously tuck it in. I thought this was due to being a fat ******* but having trimmed down it still happens.

What's the solution?

I need to get some custom shirts. As shirts by neck size are no good. fat neck = big size and then the shirt is way to baggy.
