moneyball on sky movies

I've never seen this movie before, but its about a baseball team who cannot compete with the richer teams and sell their best players to them. They then try to unearth gems etc etc.

It looks like the philosophy of the baseball team is loosely based on Arsenal Fc / Arsene Wenger.

And it's not really the same. They would look at stats and see if they could find players who could perform to the same level as their big stars for less money. They didn't specifically look for young talent.
