And, lets be honest here, there's a lot to do in dragging a marker out with you and creating space for a tricky, pacey chap to slip in behind.

He needs to be a bit more decisive/aggressive with his pelanty box movement though, demand the cross be put somewhere rather than wait for it to arrive.

stop them coming out, so to speak. That's how your tricky midfielders will get their space. And he's still there on hand if needed.

As for crosses, I don't think that's really his game.
