And i dont reslly buy his ideal trio of jack, arteta and cazorla. I think he confuses tactical shape with a balance of strengths. Midfields work the same way as forwards. Two forwards who make the same runs are a problem. Two midfielders who think and work the same way will have the same weaknesses, and these get exposed.
