not necessarily an issue, but we have let more than 3 players leave. We cannot possibly be stronger

After that window?

Genuinely f**ked off about it to be honest. Kronke must go.

and Wenger said we'd buy a replacement for Song so he was willing to let him leave. None of these indications point to a club satisfied with their squad and so purposely not doing more business in the transfer window

Arsenal as an investment opportunity are very good. But as a model for a sports team it doesn't excite me.

The alternative is that Wenger sees this team as good enough to challenge for the league. Which it is not.

Why do you think we didn't buy? Not being arsey, genuinely interested in your take

None.

I presume you're having a joke because no adult could harbour such moronic thoughts.

special guy putting out for Essien, he really only had one choice. And I've heard that m'vila has history with the law. We've had our fingers burnt there previously.

I dunno, it's as if we wanted to, but just missed a boat.

less and less money in to the club until it stops altogether over the next three years.

I suspect that there are some people that post here with rather poor educations http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/hehe.gif

they were working hard to sign player(s) still. They also haven't sold 2 key players in the last month. And with Kagawa and RvP they have considerably added to their squard.

comeback. A luxury they can't afford.

I'm sure that Arsene wasn't lying about hunting for players, but then I doubt he was lying when he said that if we don't find players of sufficient quality then we won't bring anyone in either.

believes a player is worth which I believe is wrong, he sometimes has to pay a bid over the top http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif

will be after him. The reason the board signed a lockdown agreement with Stan at first was because he understood the sustainable model of a sports club. Something which you, seemingly, do not.

personal insults, a sustainable business model in football means winning trophies and having a competitive team not making money because the ground will not sell out if we slip down pecking order much further and sustainabilitiy will only come by cutting costs selling more players and so on - a vicious downward spiral

I'm not overly happy going into this season with 2 players who will probably need time to adapt and 1 probable failure.

I do think they are both good signings but we could do with a few more options - even keeping Afobe on the bench IMO - I mean, we shifted loads of strikers (4 or 5 wasn't it including POTY?) and bought 2 who need to adapt...worrying.

has been careful to eliminate all other major shareholders and refuses to have an usmanov rep on the board it is because he wants to exercise control, which is what he is doing. it is a logical thing to do if you have control. what is not logical is to accpet the guy owns the club, has control but is somehow allowing a rogue employee to control the destiny of the club
