A spend of £35m had to be balanced to maintain the transfer balance. I'd assumed it would be RvP and NB52 / AA rather than Song though

and we are down to the 2 new strikers we have signed this summer. Suddenly our transfer activity doesn't look quite as good as it did a couple of weeks ago.

make one more signing but the minute Arsene talked yesterday of top, top players I knew that would be it. As mentioned in the post above the club seem to strive for either a profit or neutrality with transfer spend.
