View Full Version : If Theo goes, bring back Benayoun?
Likely to be doing a lot of benchwarming at Chelsea, maybe look at a permanent deal too instead of another loan. Unless Wenger has another striker or winger option in mind

Dempsey was also on his radar this time last season but Fulham wanted £10m so he opted for Benny in on loan.
Might be the option he wants. Have to say Dempsey-Giroud does have a Yorke-Cole feel to it.
Another option is just spunking the entire available funds on 1 star player.
Assuming he had £10m left before the sale of Van Persie and the potential sale of Walcott that would leave him with roughly £35m to spend. Would easily afford the likes of Jesus Navas, Goetze or even someone like Alan Dzagoev but I doubt Wenger would wanted to do this.
A cheaper option for Arsene could be someone like KAKA in on loan.
