Why not try and get him to realise that potential?
I'm not saying that he is in deserved of £90,000+ wages, but why let him run down his contract without getting him a good run through the middle. He's still an effective player.
Sometimes I feel we take a few steps forward then a few steps back (and self-implode in some issues.)
