Because we keep hearing of players linked which never get over the line. His response was that 99% of the time its because we dont want them or it is because the financial side is not in agreement. I don't think AW just meant Sahin there, he meant everyone. ie only 1% of the time is a deal agreed between clubs and the player says no, I don't want to join Arsenal cos they are a shít club.
