Considering your exam results, has your job/salary reflected your grades at school? My grades were awful and undoubtedly I was a failure at school for one reason or another. My salary reflects this failure and my life will be a financial struggle accordingly. So how about you?

Or would that be beyond your capabilities as you are clearly a thick shít?

Just an outlook on whether your situation mirrors your school grades. Going by your persona on here I can see your are a cretin and failure in life despite the fact your salary may be decent.

better grades. In a work environment I appear to be able to apply myself much better.

Well until I discovered AWIMB of course http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/smile.gif

I find it interesting. For example I left school with the same dissapointing grades as a good friend who has gone on to earn in excess of £500,000 per annum. His success is down to repairing the damage at college after leaving school and hard work ethic. Another friend has excellent school grades and a degree. Very intelligent but has failed in the real world and earns less than me

And I know more income should mean less money worries but not necessarily. Your mate might earn lots, but be under huge stress for example and barely see his family etc.

Now in a lower salaried role but work a strict 9-5. Still decent money and I have a much better life.

Just as well then that you're not judged on your efforts on here then http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/hehe.gif
Tbh,I would have expected any intelligent person not to have responded to this obvious wind-up post claiming that a lack of education impacts on ones prospects in life. But you couldn't resist the bait that was dangled before you to mention that you went to Uni - wow!

Rich and miserable still allows you more choices in life

It's a low wage economy where I live but the lifestyle is great. Lots are happy just to drift along doing any job they can so they can stay there. Agree if you do get into trouble for whatever reason it's hard to get out of though. The recessions are making that all the more common too.

of the situation in a positive way? I think there is a base level where money concerns do detract from your overall wellbeing.

the population of this country will experience.

Do you have enough money for shelter, food and clothing? Then you can be happy.

You have enough for survival, but is survival happiness? Out of interest have you any experience at any point of your life in living under such meagre conditions?

Hillary

If you have enough money to live and aren't motivated by being wealthy, I don't see why you can't be happy.

What do you view as happiness?

JJSB

status and quality of relationships with others, external things. If you are strong in some of these areas that probably helps to cope with any problems in the other areas. For example you could feel fairly happy with a solid partner and not much money, but if you had neither of these things you're unlikely to be that happy. There are those who think it all comes from within whatever your circumstances and its a choice to be happy or not, I'm less inclined to agree with that viewpoint

in answer to Hillary's question about what happiness is, rather than a reflection of my own circumstances http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/smile.gif
