When we loanded out Wilshere to Bolton or other young talented players.. Do we give the clubs an option to buy them at a set price?

Wilshere was sent to Bolton for one purpose only, to gain experience, clear on both sides. Bolton were happy with it as was Arsenal.

Wenger is interested in buying Sahin but the option of a loan is perfect as he can be first tested in the premiership, what is wrong with that?

So why would we include an option? Same for Real really, they don't have plans for him this year, but might next. We want a fee in case he proves to be really quite handy - without it, he would probably be out of our reach if they did want to sell.
