Clearly, Theo could be next. Otherwise we would pay what he asks or come close to the 100K we are reportedly paying Pod, since by all acounts he wants to stay and just wants more money. Arsene may think that with the emergence of Ox, and with Gerv, Pod and possibly Carzola on the wings, maybe Theo is not in as strong a position as he thinks (or as Song thought he was when asking for an increase.)
