seriously. Do you think Arsene would keep him around if he wasn't up to the level. If not injured for so long he would be one of the to players in the team. Has been a French regular when fit, is a very skilled player. Amazed at how many people can't see that.

in relation to your ability.

as for Diaby, would have loved to see him fulfil his early potential but Sunderland put paid to that.
Sadly the weiht of evidence shows him to be slow of thought and unable to keep pace with a breakawy situation either physically or mentally, taking too long to make decisions and too many touches before losing posession.

He and others like him are our lot until the regime changes.

too many touches

stops attacks in their tracks, sadly though they're our attacks.

sadly, due to financial reasons and imminent baby arrival yesterdays game was the last for me until things improve in the income dept so I am a tad pissed off that it was such a turgid affair.

I dont doubt its going to be another season of rollercaost riding thrills and spills but sadly all we can hope for is to be the best of the rest.

we will be nowhere near the title challenge, we dont compete for the domestic cups and we wont get any further in the CL than in recent years.

Kinda begs the question 'what's the point?' really.

its likely to be my only game this season and I wanted it to be better than the **** I watched yesterday.

As for your unbounded enthusiasm for the current direction AFC are going in you must be hell to live with if such mediocrity of ambition fulfils you. You must wet yourself everytime you see a butterfly in the Surrey Hills.
