He's got money tied up in shares that don't earn him anything and currently give him zero influence. They also don't fit in with any of his core businesses.

Kroenke on the other hand has a sport franchise of which we are strategic component. So why would he sell ?

The original stake alone that he bought for £75million is now worth £152.4 million.

That is not even taking into account what he has made on the other 15% odd he has bought along the way.
