When people say they hope Van Persie breaks his leg, do they really mean it?

Don't get me wrong, I'm hoping for a season of constant groin and hamstring strains. But a leg break? To see him lying there with his leg bent out of shape like Ramsey or Eduardo, could people really take some sort of pleasure in that?
