Interesting extract here:

"From Day 1 our policy is to get the maximum achieveable revenue from our 3 main sources of income - the fans, the players and continued Champions League football"

Anyone else read this? Good read.

Interesting concepts....I like how they deal with these 3 main areas together as 1 while still being able to manage fans expectations effectively enough. Quite ingenious.

Only takes an injury to a key player and a few bad calls and that's that. This team is designed to finish 3rd or 4th. No much room for error.

Chelsea left with Torres,Sturridge and who? (a big problem for them imo)
Spurs have lost their best player.
Liverpool? Pah!

That gives soon margin for error when you consider how infrequently an English team finishing outside of the top 4 wins the Champions League.

I suspect we will finish in top 4 but im just saying it's no guarantee. Therefore the club should not be counting on that money every season. http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif

I appreciate that might sound a bit silly after winning the CL and FA cup but still feel RDM is a weak link

Giroud = Van Persie's Replacement.

Podolski and Santi Clause add the missing class we didn't have in the Starting XI last season.

3rd / 4th place should be a breeze.

The question would be how does Arsene want to play this? I would prefer a steady start keeping tabs on the from 4/5 teams in the and then a strong mid to late season surge to the top. Should ease nicely into 3rd place.

Livepool, Chelsea and Spurs haven't improved from last season...infact you could argue all 3 regressed considerably.

And winning the European Cup must always be nice, you'd think. Winning the FA Cup at Wembley isn't to be sniffed at either.
