"The official transfer deadline is August 31 but then we can create an internal deadline."

"However, we will do what is in best interest of the club. If you have a decoder in your head you can decode that"

"We won't sell" but then cave in. I will be really disappointed if we don't send a signal out this time to say if you sign a contract honour it. f**k the money for once.

be at the club. It could be more disruptive than just getting rid and banking on the new boys. Only those inside the club know how RvP will act if he doesn't get his wish.

So basically, we won't sell, unless he wants out

with the reserves. As Wenger always points out they are meant to be professionals not children in a playground.

It's not as though we're touting him around; we want to keep him!

we also want him to extend his contract.

Seeling RvP to ManU would be a bad move. I'd rather stick him in the reserves and make him see out his contract.

Of course he could buy out his contract and move, so the deck is stacked against us.

it would be nice and Arsenal fans should welcome that, if it does happen.

"we" actually wouldn't be all that disappointed to let him go. Even to Manchester United.

For the usual reasons, you know; injuries, age, unlikely to continue form, replacements already in the bag.
