    Essex Road station was part of the Northern Line until 1975.

    I see the now-ginger East London Line was part of the Metropolitan at that point. Before they made up the pretendy Hammersmith & City Line.

    York Way. Opposite the old Kings X goods yard that is now a small city of skyscrapers.
