50 and still don't have to visit the toilet in the middle of the night
Mind you, still wake up at 5 in the morning. Would say it was handy with the cricket on, but then the nightmares are supposed to occur before you wake up

Me neither. I stick the radio on when I am in the office in the morning as I don't really work before lunch anyway. Don't of that much after lunch to be fair
