I had a 3 series touring as a hire car in similar circumstances to yours, complete non-fault claim from me, all paid for by the other side's insurance. the agreement with Enterprise showed a rate of £265 + Vat for the hire car. My car was written off after about 4 days but I ended up with the car for about 3-4 weeks as I argued with them about the payout on my car. The guy said he had a duty to the other insurance company to not pay me out anymore that it needed to be in order to maintain costs. It was lost on him when I said we'd already spent more on the hire car for an extra week than I was asking them to pay out on my car.Originally Posted by Pat Vegas

They are going to rinse my neighbours insurance.
