You're talking about £200m at least worth of talent there that are the best young players in their position in the entire World. They've both got 10 years at the top level left. If they refuse to sign and we're forced to sell below their value no chance we're getting players at the same level bought in.

If the above is sorted out then strengthening the rest of the team becomes quite easy. it's only a matter then of up grading on a couple of fringe players to properly challenge for a starting spot.
Saka is done - nothing to worry about. Saliba might be more difficult
