However, looking at what Gazidis has said, I'm not entirely sure Allegri fits the brief, because he is pragmatic. Given Wenger's sausage and mash comment back in 98, Allegri seems like the perfect option imo.
Italians are always on about food though. Even though they mostly eat McDonald's nowadays, like everybody else.
