Oh *******s, has the dirty c**t cancer been hitting your family C? Got my mum and dad in the last 8 years. Had a cancer scare myself about 4 years ago. When you’re a big fraidy cat like me, hearing the C word is like a nightmare you have as a kid when a primeval demon is hovering outside your bedroom window.

Got my mum too, last year, Herbs. In April. This is our {me and my brother's} first full season without either of our parents. We've got to win something for them.

I never liked Ricky G's cancer gun. Call me an old hippy, but what the fück's wrong with wishing for peace and love instead?

Thank God for that. Got my mum last April, but she said she'd had 86 good years and 1 bad one so can't complain. Watching the old man die of dementia was literal hell in comparison.

Thank you kindly Ganps and sorry for your own loss. The cancer thing became part of Monty’s schtick and I think he backed away from it as he matured. His disruptive and controversial presence on the board is missed though ( by me at least ). Though I ceased to contribute regularly I still lurk most days of the week
