    I don’t get all this talk of the bouncy artificial pitch

    We’re not playing on the moon for fox sake

    Easy win…done by half time so gear down for Leeds on Sunday imo

    Well this post didn't age well T.

    I don't think a single player really got to grips with the pitch. Although I think it was more to do with how quickly and confidently they could twist/turn and adjust their body weight etc. rather than the movement of the ball.

    It was weird, the ball bounced like a rugby ball, took a hop on the 2nd bounce

    Also it looked like an old 1g sand pitch. Not a rubber crumb in sight.

    At least we seem to have escaped with a victory and no injuries
