Botswana - Dec - Honeymoon.
No chance of knowing yet.
Travel is changing daily.
You may be able to but going getting stranded abroad may not be fun.
I was supposed to go Madrid on Monday but it’s been cancelled and Miami in June so let’s see what happens.

Though I have heard Madrid is actually having the same sort of lockdown measures as in Italy though it may not be as widely reported.
Schools, universities etc all shut down now. There is a rumour they are going to lock down the whole city like Italy by the weekend. Nothing official yet though.

Netherlands is the only one in doubt. By the end of April, this will all be calmed down, and things returning to normal.
