    Summer holiday destinations that are good for kids with a water park on site or very near by.

    well, property prices are already falling in Dubai and they will fall even further once the Expo finishes.

    nuking it then won't wipe too much off the 'market value' of the UAE

    Funnily enough only last night Mrs WES was getting a quote on a return trip visit to Fujairah and she found the prices to be a bit high.
