    We seem intent on passing it out from the back

    With players who are pitifully short on passing ability. ****ing sort it out Arteta FFS.

    In fairness he did sort it out after halftime. Some real nonsense going on at the back though. Wonder how Arteta will change that over time? If he wants to play that style, he’ll need a huge overhaul of CB/FB options. Pep did it at City. But, he basically got a whole new back four and CM in one summer window. That was cheating with City’s money though. Like using the data editor on Championship Manager.

    Precisely. That's the point; he's "cheating" but he's made it a matter of footballing pride for other teams, especially us, I would say. Now, we have to do it even if it kills us, whether we can find/afford/get the right players or not.
