I think people are playing fast and loose with the whole 'nonce' thing. Epstein clearly liked 'em a bit too young, but they were all the right side of puberty as far as I'm aware. For me, that isn't proper nonceing. It's more a rather unfortunate predilection that happens to place him the wrong side of the somewhat arbitrary laws different states have about this sort of thing.
