There may well be. My favourite Chinese restaurant in the whole world is the China House at the MO in Bangkok. Their lacquered duck is a thing of amazing beauty.
Of course Man Wah at the MO Hong Kong serves decent Chinese food. But you'd sort of expect that.
Some of the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten was at the aptly named House Of Ming in the Taj Mahal hotel in Delhi. Bleeeurgh.
