I mean, you'd have to be a complete and utter cretin to write off a player who had 22 goal and 11 assists in Ligue 1, who was the best player on the pitch first half at Anfield and who has only been at the Arsenal for 7 league games, would you not?

Another thing that counts against him is that in a 4-3-3 he doesn’t get to benefit much from an overlapping wing back which would give him far more passing options and space to cut inside.
