How many calories do you think there are in a large doner?

Not much carbohdrate in a skinny bit of bread like that. Sounds like health food to me.

I think it depends how much grease you manage to spill all over the shirt and trousers.

By the time I've added tomato, lettuce, cabbage, jalepenos and hot sauce then that's my 5 a day

Swap doner for shish A chicken shish wins hands down every time, with more protein, less fat and fewer dodgy added extras.
No. Because a shish is a shish and is not a doner. And a chicken kebabl is barely worth eating.

Nah, I do all the stuff they suggest at the end of the article.......apart from the shish for doner bit.

Also, generally it will be pretty much the only thing I eat that day

Thing is, the way he's talking suggests he doesn't actually like doner meat, which renders his opinions invalid.
