    Two carrots
    Half an avocado
    One tin of mackerel fillets

    Although one of the Pepperamis was a Hot one, which only served to make the other two seem bland and insipid.

    I went to Greggs

    I bought a ham and cheese baguette. They are inconsitant in asking me if I want it heated up.
