set up a Citizens’ Assembly to break the Brexit deadlock if he were elected PM. This would involve assembling a representative group of members of the public who would get to listen to experts and then put their recommendations forward to the Government about how to proceed.
Except that when pushed on this, he very quickly let slip that if he was PM he wouldn’t accept those recommendations if they involved Remaining or No Deal
