The double sausage and egg McMuffin is basically the only reason I ever go there. It has saved my life on several occasions. So much so that I think it should be available from the NHS.

Never eat there, obv. Though had a Le Quick at Eurotunnel terminal in Calais, once. Used reblechon for the cheese, au poivre sauce instead of burger shîte, and Pelforth blonde beer. Still shît, but better than a Macdo or BK.
