I've got to go and have my polyps removed doubleswiftfast, apparently,

as my doctor is mildly concerned that they might be the cancerous type.

Who could have my luck? Fúcking nosecancer? I'm going straight back on the tabs if it is, mind.

    Good luck Sir C
One day I will see the quack about this lump on my neck.

But that would involve registering. since my quack is no where near me.

Nose cancer? That’s not a thing is it? Is it gak-related?
Mind you, I have someone who reports to me who had dick cancer. They whittled it down to fúck all, by the sound of thingsI didn’t even have the heart to mention nut cancer. Piece of píss by comparison.

You’re not going to end up noseless, are you?

That's what I'm wondering. I'm sure I've read a book or seen a flim about a man with a metal nose riveted to his face in place of his old one. I wonder what that would have been.

Apparently polyps are brought about by a long-term allergic reaction, which would make gak the primary candidate, but the concern is that I have them only up one hole, which doesn't fit the allergy theory.

I didn't want to live forever anyway.

ty f. After I am gone I suggest you direct all your motoring queries to the BVM; she will ask me and I will arrange to get answers to you in the form of falling rain, cats crossing your path or Spurs defeats.

    They're magnetic nowadays, sc.

They'll drill some ferromagnetic screws into your skull and place magnets on the prosthetic in the correct places.

    See, all is not lost

well, apart from your nose. Possibly.

Lord no, I have no intention of shuffling off as yet. I strongly suspect they're overreacting.

Just to make my point I have refused to go for surgery for two weeks.
