    Presumably those US personnel assisting the Clown Prince bin Salman in his attempted genocide in Yemen are exempt from this.

    The reason it's taking so long is precisely a direct consequence of trying to avoid civilian collateral damage. Damn silly idea, of course, but there it is

    It's not really genocide, though, is it, a? It's a war against a Shi'ite minority trying to carve out an Iranian proxy state.

    As Jackie Fisher put it: "Moderation in war is imbecility."

    Mind you, it was easy for him to say. He was an admiral. Not a lot of collateral casualties in the middle of the Atlantic.

    Well, I suppose starving all the buggers to death is certainly a way of avoiding collateral damage to property.
