Gazidis did rather ‘over egg the pudding’ with his post Wenger rebuild. Just throwing big names into roles and hoping they would all get along. Then jumped ship himself and left them to it. The roles like ‘technical director’ or ‘head of recruitment’ always seem to be better performed, when the person has some actual affiliation with the football club. Clearly Arsenal have criminally underrated the talents of Mickey Pearce in this regard. The lad has ‘technical director’ written all over him.Originally Posted by Pokster
