    that, when caught out murdering people, rather than make credible excuses, his goons are encouraged simply to take the píss in the most blatant and shameless way imaginable.

    I know. Like going to Paris and reeling off the number of steps up to Sacre Coeur or when the Eiffel Tower was completed.
