Well done in one sense, but all it will actually mean is that insurance companies will raise their policy prices for everyone to close this this loophole.

That would open the insurance companies up to accusations of transphobia because they're seen to be defining male and female drivers based on their biological sex, though. That, absurdly, is unacceptable.
