That was quite revolting. I can’t believe my nasal innards look anything like that. Mine a much nicer, I reckon.

Some of the stuff that comes out of my nose is, literally, unbelieveable.

There are what looks like lumps of bloody flesh. There are gobbets of neon yellow gunk, there is brown jelly and on one memorable occasion, what appeared to be an ancient cotton bud.

None of this clearance is occasioning any breathing, so far.

I did this recently. Do you use that little teapot looking thing? I had a cold that ****ed off and left me with a sinus infection for two weeks. I decided i'd give the sinuses a nice rinsing to try and help get rid of the infection and as you say some nasty **** comes out.

Mine’s a little squirt bottle. You can use a great deal of pressure.
