I watched the Liverpool game in a pub in Cardiff last night

THe Cardiff game was on the other screen. Not a single person was watching it.....

The little baldy number 4 for Roma looked a nice little player.

Penalty looked a terrible decision but I was extremely drunk by that point.

    Penalty was the correct decision.

Referee should have given 3-4 more to Roma just to balance up the score.

I rather liked this comment on Twitter with regards to Salah's removal and subsequent mini-collapse, 'they were flying without Ings'

Fair enough. I thought Liverpool's third was offside but they didnt seem to show a replay.

It's odd how much less squalid Cardiff is than Swansea.

    It's still a shíthole, mind.

Cardiff is "quite" nice for the area (South Wales). Down the regenerated bay area for example, pleasant. Some decent pubs in the city also.

If you want squalid then head out s of Thornhill in the direction of Caerphilly. Going over that mountain is like going back in time.

There are some decent pubs. I even tried a Welsh Stout which was better than I expected.

THe city is ok...like most these days- shops, coffee shops and hundreds of homeless people...

Reverend James (Brains) is nice if you see a pub with it.

I expect you are more a Heineken type mind you.

Not really, I only drink Guinness these days. Lager just tastes like muck to me now.

It was a Brains stout I had.
