Fair enough, everyone's different. My hounds are my life.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

Then I say I've just been on holiday and they look sad.
I always said I would never have kids. All my nieces and nephews used to annoy the shut out of me, but when you have your own it’s different. Nothing better than seeing the smile on my little ones face when I go and pick him up from daycare

A great book if you've not read it. Talks a bit about the tube as well, so I'm sure you'd enjoy it.
Not read the book, but seen the play in the West End. Excellent, I thought.

    Indupitably.

It was a "few pints with the neighbours" that spun wildly out of control. Thankfully it being the festive season was my fall back the next day.

    Work party tonight.

Oh I know but I am long enough at this game to know the perils.

Pub at 5, free bar from 5 – 8:30 and then the meal. My thinking is to mooch away after the panna cotta.

You really should read the book too - it's quite magnificent. I believe it won Book Of The Year whenever it was published, in fact.

Always good to have a game plan.

Italian? Oh dear, you'd best hope the Penne Arrabbiata is acceptable...
