City don't just spunk money on great footballers.....they are warriors

The battle of the tunnel evoked memories of the Arsenal teams captained by Adams and Vieira.

Can you imagine if Jose came banging on our dressing room door now? They'd all be diving for cover....

Would you bang on the door of a dressing room containing Saed Kolisinac?

Fabian Delph has to be in the England squad surely.

    Overlooked big time by Southgate.

We have those same type of players but Wenger dilutes it with too many puss ies.

Even worse now that Alexis has put on a touch of weight, slowed down, lost a bit of his firm and thinking of past years new...he was out talisman. The Chile fans were the first to spot the decline but they blamed it on his new woman so got derided for their comments.

Would like to see us return to a back 4...the time is right...too many sides were playing the 4231 so a switch to a more expansive back 3 worked well but we don’t have the centre backs to cover the position and I think too many sides are playing an imperfect 343 which is too wild and can be exploited with a solid structure and good fundamentals.

Back 4 with a midfield 3 of Xhaka in the middle with two warriors in Maitland Niles and Kolasinac flanking him...much like how Parlour and Petit formed and unbeatable midfield with Vieira.

Quite confident MN and Kolasinac will blossom in those positions.
