I was in their end for a cup game around 2002, lunchtime kick off I seem to recall, 4-2 maybe?

It was not a life threatening experience. Even Fulham was worse where at least I was challenged.

When I was about 14 I went with my Watford mate to the testimonial of Andy Hessenthilar, Watford Vs QPR, at Vicarage Road and decided for reasons I cannot explain to wear my Arsenal home shirt.

I think it may have been the first indication of me growing up to become an attention seeking ****. Needless to say, I got shouted at by quite a lot of sweary men
