Everyone slating Ramsey's performance last night

Was I watching a different match? He was excellent until Allen went off and then thought he tried too hard but still was far from the worst Welsh player.

Ashley Williams, was the worst player

Slated for failing to break down a ten man defence with almost no help? Was everywhere in the first half. People are morons. As is Williams who is worth a goal a game to the opposition at the moment. Until we play Everton and he turns into the lovechild of Baresi, Maldini with the finishing ability of Ronaldo (either one)

Williams ran around a little when he came on with very little product other than a good cross for Kanu, Woodburn tried to make things work but was faced with 2-3 players every time.

Would have had Vokes on earlier myself but when that is a possible solution it tells you all you need to know about the game.

Not sure how Ramsey can have come out of the game as the bad boy other than an unrealistic expectation of one player in a team of 11. He was brought back into a very congested midfield where players like Arter and Hendricks had no plan other than to try and stop the opposition and hope for that one moment (which came and both were involved in).

Best bit of the whole game was the final whistle.

Was it a tense evening in the Williams household? What with your glw being a welsher and all?

Or does she very sensibly give nary a fùck about football?

Not one fúck other than Knocklyon United U10.

She popped into the room during Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau then left us.

It sounds terribly saucy when you say it like that.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

I did enjoy the Wales freekick 4 minutes into injury time which went straight for a throw in

hard to fathom Kanu-Robson above Vokes from the start tbh. Far better player imo

On the radio they were saying that the substitution kept him away from dangerous areas in the second half, the criticism being of the substitution rather than Ramsey himself.

Fair point actually - Williams ran around a lot but basically in the places that you would want your No 10 to be. Given that the obnoxious **** Lawrence* as well was already doing this it wasn't particularly helpful

*watch his performance against Austria when Bale and Ramsey were actually both on the pitch - utter ******

** not that I wanted Wales to win
