In the same way that no one has ever successfully implemented a socialist model, no one has ever successfully implemented a capitalist model - unless it included a sensible level of taxation. Capitalism doesn't work unless it is responsible capitalism.

That may not reconcile with some economic theory, but in practice it happens to be true.
