    Spurs are not moving

Can everyone stop talking about the 'last games at the Lane'!

They are not moving, they are merely refurbing White ****e Lane. If you put a two bedroom extention and a conservatory on your N17 semi, then is that a move? No, it is not!

It is only the fact that the press love the Spuds so much that they have let them get away with calling it a move unquestioned.

For info, they want to call it a move as they will get at least twice for the naming rights of a new stadium as they would for a renovated ****hole.

Not that they even have the funds in place for that yet - what this space on Friday.

They are moving. Josif Josif of Archway sheet metal works had their place of business bulldozed.

If you demolish your old house and build a new one partly on the same spot and move into the new one, you have, er, moved house.

No you haven't! You will have the same address. Wembley is now just the New Wembley, not a different ground - simples!

Since you bring Wembley into it - they are moving out of their ground to Wembley and then moving back in. You can't really argue that they are not moving

Are you saying White Hart Lane is the new Wembley
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."
