I wasn't the won to change to them.
We had a fixed tariff apparently which we have been paying for the past 5 months.
Suddenly they have decided without warning it's now more than double and I owe then £200.
I told my wife to sort it out but she goes mental on the phone and full Italian so I have to interject as good cop. but then turn it on them.
I've emailed their top boss.
