    Kamado Joe report.

    Fired up and went to a smoking temperature, 110, 120 degrees. Stabilised it easily. Increased to roasting at 190, 200. Stabilised again. Now sweat. Now going for a high grill burn at 400.

    This is a thing of genius.

    Aren't they rather a lot of money... and at your age will you get value for it
