It all feels very grown up.

I got excited about buying a new vacuum cleaner last weekend. And now the new washing machine
Sounds to me like your problem with your pals isn't so much babies as the fact that you don't drink enough. All such issues pale into insignificance once everyone's pïssed.

The Daily Star have discovered that Arsene's future rests solely on this game. A win or draw and he announces that he's signing a two year deal. A loss and he decides to resign.

    Let's hope for a battering

Well I normally do the driving and whilst the option is there I really do not like to stay over for the night.

I got this weird thing where I need at least part of the weekend to relax.

That's odd. On the rare occasions I see friends, I tend to want to see them for as long as possible. Perhaps the problem is that you don't really like your friends very much anymore?

Things change a bit when people become couples and kids are in the mix. I should make more of an effort really.

Oh, I know. There's bound to be a thinning of the herd. It's a natural process.

Don't you reach a point when you feel like you don't need any new friends.

In the past I'd go out for all sorts of work drinks and that. Now I can't be bothered.
